With a feather-light headset, the AGFEO TK-Phone software application and a PC, the ST 25 is turned into a professional teleworking workstation, for the operator or order processing staff for example. To toggle conveniently between handset and headset operation, just use one of the customizable function keys.

 The ST25 digital system phone connects to the internal ISDN bus to give you complete control over your ISDN system in a user-friendly manner: Speed dial keys and function keys for all features provide convenience telephony at the push of a button. With a 4-line display and busy lamp array, nothing will escape your attention. The ST 30 can be connects to an internal ISDN bus. The large-format four-line display provides easier and more user-friendly operation. It offers features including an expanded internal status for a minimum of 16 simultaneously active extensions and a call list with display of the call attempts and the line used.

 

The programmable function keys on the ST 30 offer additional information via the assigned LEDs, such as
display of special functions, a busy lamp array, a line dialer function, and much more. The headset connection permits optimum use of the CTI software (TK-Phone) supplied as standard in AGFEO telecommunications systems for computerized telephony over the internal ISDN bus. In AGFEO systems communication is routed via the D-channel, so both B-channels remain free for telephone use.

ST30 optional enhancement: answering machine
 

The AGFEO ST 30 ISDN system phone can be expanded to include a user-friendly voice mail facility (answering machine). Plugging the A-module 30 into the 'phone's module bay provides the with a customized, high-quality personal mail box facility.

The module offers a recording time of up to 40 minutes. The answering machine is controlled by menus on the 4-line display. Each incoming message is assigned a time stamp indicating the date & time and the caller number. By means of a primary and secondary number allocation, the answering machine can be split into two areas [eg private & business calls]

The keys on the AGFEO ST 30 already make it one of the easiest systemphones to use and gives indication of multiple extensions. This can be increased by adding 30 more keys in the form of a blf unit. These extra keys are ideal for operators for example.

Unlike other systems, the blf does not need its own port - simply fits to the AGFEO ST 30.
