Extra Device Port
Digital keyphones can have additional two wire device to be connected
with a unique extension number.
|
|
| |
Trunk Conferencing |
| |
To help speed up decision making and involve third parties in a conversation,
a conference may be initiated by an internal extension and include external
parties |
|
Trunk Transfer |
|
|
The
KX-TDA can transfer external calls received by an extension, back
outside the system to another external number. This may be another office,
branch or cellular telephone, thus helping to improve efficiency and overall
customer service. |
|
| |
Hybrid |
| |
The
KX-TDA is a sophisticated and powerful business telephone system
designed to stay ahead of the evolving office environment. It is called a
"hybrid" system because extension ports can accommodate both a
range of digital proprietary keyphones or standard keyphones in addition to
regular single line products (fax, ,modem, TAMs, etc.). |
| |
Expansion |
| |
The
KX-TDA
family allows for flexible card assignment to facilitate changing customer
environments and, as a product family, on-going low cost expansion without
changing out the infrastructure. |
|
Customer Care |
|
|
All
KX-TDA
installations have remote system maintenance and diagnostic interfaces. This
means that programming changes or system reporting will not always require a
site visit by
staff, but can be effected
quickly and easily via a modem / RAS link. |
|
| |
Terminals |
| The KXTD terminal range with pricing is here
save money by choosing from our range of pre-owned
equipment & terminals |
The
KX-TDA
supports its own
range of
digital terminals ['phones'].
The
new D-XDP [digital extra device port] allows 2 digital terminals on 1
extension port
Another benefit of The
KX-TDA is that it also drives the kxtd range of
terminals. therefore, if you are upgrading from the kxtd, you can keep or
re-issue the existing terminals/telephones
The
KX-TDA
will also support any analogue / 2Wire 'phone or
device. |
|
TVP & TVM |
|
|
Voice Processing Systems
The
KX-TDA can be easily integrated with
SJG Voice Processing Systems - the
TVP and the
TVM - to provide additional flexibility:
 | Automatic call forward to personal or system voicemail |
 | Single key access to personal mailbox messages |
 | Message indication at each extension |
 | Calls can be routed to specific departments or individual mailboxes |
 | Live Call Screening allows an extension to monitor calls as they are recorded
into their mailbox |
 | Two Way Recording of a conversation that
may need to be recalled later, without having to make lengthy notes |
 | Two Way Transfer permits an extension user
to record a conversation in another person’s mailbox |
 | Auto configuration allows fast setting up
of the voicemail system on the
KX-TDA
saving time & inconvenience |
.
|
| |
|
|
|
|
SMDR |
|
|
|
The
KX-TDA
provides call logging facilities which allow for call management & billing
required by concerns such as Hotels & Bureaus. Incoming and outgoing call
traffic can be printed out as it happens by simply connecting a serial
printer or sophisticated call analysis can be achieved by connection of a
call management pc package.
