Introduction

For over 15 years SJG has been servicing a variety of customers and clients offering a comprehensive rance of voice & data services such as: maintenance & servicing; installation, moves, changes, upgrades and reprograms.

SJG offers a range of specialist services to the communications industry and end users throughout the UK - and beyond.

In light of the increasing costs of LCR implementation, which, in some cases are exorbitant, and the industry-wide need for reliable expertise, SJG has identified a range of services required by Network Service providers and Service Companies.

These services, aimed to be competitive and fully flexible, are primarily: providing the expertise to bring customers onto service; maintain and develop customer's service once connected.

Fully independent, SJG does not sell or resell air time and is not a switchless reseller.

SJG's level of expertise within the independent telecommunications field is immense enabling a sophisticated level of technical ability including the knowledge to author and implement LCR packages [databases] for any Network Operator and implement LCR across virtually all UK telecommunications systems.

Described herein is a range of services particular to telephone systems [please ask for the additional pack concerning diallers & routers if necessary].

These services are available now whether they be on an ad hoc basis or as a regular requirement.

why?

Why? Using SJG offers a one stop shop facility as SJG personnel will programme LCR onto the customer's switch AND do the single line diallers, routers, modems at the same time.

Why? Employing the maintainer and/or dealer - if available - is a risk. Often resellers themselves, it is common to find that shortly after implementation the customer foes elsewhere for LCR.

Why? The maintainer and/or dealer does not always know how to implement LCR [eg:BT].

Why? Getting the switch to access LCR means diallers don't have to be fitted and/or maintained and/or de-installed. The cost saved can be substantial when the average small switch [6 lines] requires two diallers. Major savings can be made when a switch is used instead of a costly ISDN dialler.

Why SJG? SJG is the foremost expert in this field. We have found many switches programmed by dealers and lcr companies that are badly leaking, have had their call barring ruined, cannot dial certain numbers [eg 999, locals] etcetera. SJG will perform the work very early in the morning so the customer merely has to get someone on site a bit earlier.

SJG will perform the work overnight or at week-ends: an essential service for ISDN and Routers requiring reboots.

Remote access

SJG offers Remote programming: a remote programming package is available, this package in no way affects the maintainer's existing access or abilities. This package allows you, the network provider, the ability to amend the call routing in place on the Option: the next best thing to a platformed dialler. The types of changes would be to exclude/include area codes/numbers, route certain calls a different route etc.

Alternate Network Provisioning

SJG offers a major upgrades & changes service.

As a Network Provider, you may wish to directly feed an existing or new Option with PSTN services and/or Private Circuits, High Speed Access, etc.

SJG can provide the necessary implementation services in this area.

Your Sales

Historically, there has been, and remains, poor market penetration of Least Cost Routing Services within the upper sectors of the Options market.

SJG will take your sales staff through the reasons why and will tell them what to do in order to rectify this.

If necessary, we can provide highly experienced Options personnel to accompany your sales staff to significant appointments. Acting as a member of your company, our expert will plot a solution for the highly problematic issue of networked sites.

Totalcare

SJG TotalCare is a comprehensive LCR implementation & support package available to selected clients who wish to concentrate on their core activities and pass on all of the technical requirements to SJG TotalCare.

Concisely, when using SJG TotalCare: after a customer has been accepted by your sales & accounts, the necessary details are forwarded to our Network Service Centre at SJG TotalCare and SJG TotalCare will on your behalf:

1. Establish a connection solution [complete with site survey if required].

2. Arrange activation of required CLIs.

3. Book appointment with customer for activation.

4. Activate the site by one or more of the following:

I] Supply and install diallers [SJG TotalCare or by mutually approved contractor.]

II] Install diallers [SJG TotalCare or by mutually approved contractor].

III] Programme telephone system [SJG TotalCareor mutually approved contractor].

IV] Where necessary, arrange with system maintainer for programming of telephone system.

5. Perform on-going maintenance / fault repair services as required.

6. Perform remote programming as required. 

With SJG TotalCare the LCR Company basically is entirely free from all of the costly admin & support required to activate and manage the technical aspects of their service.

SJG TotalCare is packaged specifically for each client and solutions are budgeted to a predetermined criteria.
