answering calls
using the handset press ANSWER CALL and pick up handset
using handsfree press ANSWER CALL 

 

holding calls
hold you are talking to a caller    press SYSTEM HOLD 
retrieve  press RETURN TO LINE 

 

transferring calls
external to internal press INTERNAL TRANSFER and select EXTENSION NUMBER when the call is answered  press TRANSFER 
external to external  press EXTERNAL TRANSFER, select FREE LINE and dial external number when the call is answered  press TRANSFER 

 

external consultation
external consultation you are talking to a caller    press EXTERNAL CONSULTATION and dial the external number

when the call is answered you can toggle between the parties by pressing RETURN AND HOLD  

 

deflecting calls
deflect to extension press DEFLECT THE CALL and then press EXTENSION NUMBER 
deflect to voicemail press DEFLECT THE CALL and then dial 38 

 

diverting calls
on busy ON press DIVERT and then press DIVERT WHEN BUSY  then dial the extension you want to divert calls to or 9 + tel number of external number you wish to divert to
on busy OFF press DIVERT and then press DIVERT WHEN BUSY
on no answer [4 rings] ON press DIVERT and then press DIVERT ON NO ANSWER  then dial the extension you want to divert calls to or 9 + tel number of external number you wish to divert to
on no answer  OFF press DIVERT and then press DIVERT ON NO ANSWER  
all calls ON press DIVERT and then press DIVERT ALL CALLS  then dial the extension you want to divert calls to or 9 + tel number of external number you wish to divert to
all calls OFF press CANCEL DIVERT 

 

programming personal speed dials
numbers only press P,  then press PERSONAL SPEED LIST,  then select the location you want to use, then enter the number, then press CONFIRM, then press CANCEL, then press HANDSFREE
numbers & names press P,  then press PERSONAL SPEED LIST,  then select the location you want to use, then enter the number, then press CONFIRM, then press the keypad numbers to select the letters [eg 2 = A; 222 = C], wait 2 secs between each letter to allow cursor to move. When finished press CONFIRM, then press HANDSFREE

 

dialling personal speed dials
dialling press & P,  then press PERSONAL DIRECTORY,  then select the NUMBER / NAME
numbers & names press P,  then press PERSONAL SPEED LIST,  then select the location you want to use, then enter the number, then press CONFIRM, then press the keypad numbers to select the letters [eg 2 = A; 222 = C], wait 2 secs between each letter to allow cursor to move. When finished press CONFIRM, then press HANDSFREE

 

conference calls
internal [>3 parties] you are talking to a caller    press INTERNAL CONFERENCE and dial the extension number to join the conference. when the extension answers press CONFERENCE 
external [>3 parties] you are talking to a caller    press EXTERNAL CONFERENCE and select a free line ans dial the external number to join the conference. when the external party answers press CONFERENCE
